Ah, all you need to do is add this after the line of your background image url:

background-attachment: fixed;

That should fix the problem. If it doesn't, feel free to ask me for help again.

Well first off if you want to put that image for a BG it is going to have to replace your header image, because the original CSS has the header in the wrong place...

Because of that you will have to move your header image. I have adjusted it so it will make the BG repeat. I'm not sure that's what you want. You can use the above to replace your current, "body" in your CSS.

Now if you want your header to be seen and the background to still be visible through the center of your page, then you have to do something else.

Well I'm going to need to see the image. The reason is that you can put the image in many different places and it really depends on where you want it and if you want me to fix the image to go into a certain place I can use photoshop to do so.

Also there are many ways of putting an image into the CSS. So just show me the image and we can go from there.
