It takes a lot of time indeed to make a full CSS, but the biggest downside is that it's extremely boring. I think that's why there aren't that much people who make CSS skins for other members.

From one exam I know that I've passed it (YAY!!), but from the others I have to wait a while and I still have to make two exams as well. >.<
